Pros

Fun atmosphere and great culture. Everyone works hard, no slackers allowed here. If you can't prove yourself, then consider yourself out the door, you won't last here.

Cons

Low pay and the workload continues to rise. The executives are all men, with the exception of the VP of HR. In some areas, the working conditions are poor because there is no room to put all the employees. It's a good thing that everyone gets along so well.

Pros

- Ability to shape a fast growing and powerful brand from the inside - Vendors become overly accommodating due to the brand clout - Discount on gear

Cons

- Underpaid, overworked - repeat - Senior leadership is always a step. - Employees fill roles and are granted responsibilities they have no business doing. - "Guaranteed" performance bonuses are not really "guaranteed" at all. - Scattered focus and snap judgments kill any promise of a successful campaign.
