Pros

- the people where the work gets done are great -campus -discount -international travel -

Cons

-new senior mangement has made it all about them, not the business or the brand -horrible communication from top/down -they have forced out so many long time employees of all levels, that they have lost the culture; just another job now -company direction is lead now by Finance and HR, which is really challenging around leadership and taking action -impossible to advance as they make decisions around optics/perception more than performance

Pros

Great company, great benefits, great story, inspirational founder, great product, exciting events, worked with some good people and I learned a lot.

Cons

Lousy HR, unethical senior leadership, dog eat dog environment, pay is not competitive for exempt leaders or hourly teammates. Great company being destroyed by personal agendas and ambitions.
