Pros
Teammates there are friendly, helpful and outgoing. Always fun to work there, especially since it's an outlet store. Always get discounted items here. Management has changed a lot and work ethics are better now than in the previous months I entered. I learned a lot from here (customer service, BOH, replenishment, VM, cashiering) taught by the full-timers. Free uniform (win-win situation)!!
Cons
Customers may be VERY entitled so need to bear with it. A lot of stocks especially its an outlet store and a lot of replenishing is to be done. Bit of politics (it's normal everywhere) here and there.
