Pros

The campus is really nice and on the harbor, they're even expanding to make it even bigger and nicer. Most of the employees are super talented and work very hard. There's also a really nice discount on product. The three days of training were fun.

Cons

While most of the employees are very talented and hard working, the managers and directors are not. Managers and directors come in to work hours after everyone else and leave earlier than everyone while they pile work onto others. The hours many people end up working are 7am to anywhere from 7-11pm. Managers and directors will only come into the office 1-3 times a week which leads to a lot of communication problems and errors. At the same time, projects are always missing deadlines unless people stay until 3 or 4am to get things done. The managers and directors are aware of these problems, but aren't doing anything to make the process more time efficient. The company is also expanding at such a fast rate that there's a lack of organization and space for everyone. One person didn't have a desk when they started and had to work in the kitchen for a few months. Other times teams will be completely separated from each other which only makes the communication problems worse. When I started the training process they really stressed how important the companies values were and how the work culture here is great. But this ended up being one of the most unprofessional and juvenile places I ever worked. People were openly mocked for their health condition by directors and were ridiculed and rumored about to other employees. It seemed to be a great place if you participate in the extreme sucking up to directors, but if you place your priorities on working hard at your job, you would be treated hostilely. Other people were moved or reassigned to new teams and not even told by management about the change.

Pros

Company is growing at roughly %20 per quarter. Lots of energy Company events, constantly, seriously you will get sick of them.

Cons

Moving too fast to do things right the 1st time. Instead of adding labor to support the march to ? billion dollars the company decided to basically start from scratch. 100 meetings a week and you still don't know what the other departments are doing.

Pros

Good benefits, stock program, discount and nice corporate campus. Made some great friends "teammates" as misery loves company. I moved here from Ohio and Baltimore is surprisingly a pretty nice city. Too bad I will not be here much longer.

Cons

Nobody in senior management is looking out for anyone but themselves, everyone is coming from somewhere else and looks like they are just out to put the Under Armour name on their resume. When I came to Under Armour I was expecting a great corporate culture. I am very disappointed, there is no team environment, just a very negative and toxic corporate environment. Nobody can make a decision without fear of being thrown under a bus. I understand that the people who work in the outlet stores are much happier. Turnover here is ridiculously high. Those that have been here for several years say that it was better in the past. Work/life balance is laughable!
