Pros

Great discount, 50% online and instore. Clothes are comfy and stylish.

Cons

Its Monday and we havent been paid from the previous Friday payday. Management harasses employees. Sexual harassment is acceptable. Male manager sleeps with everyone even at the job site and everyone knows. Hours suck, we csnt get more than 28. Store manager makes everyone work 3 days a weak and a minimum of 4 hour shift, except family. Turn around is ridiculous, employees dont always stay past 3 weeks. We are extremely short staffed. Managers are vindictive and play favorites.

Pros

Work hard play hard environment. Huge team culture. No beating around the bush when getting work done.

Cons

Sometimes workload can be overwhelming but it's a good sign if you get more work on your plate. It means that you're an efficient worker and trusted to take on more responsibility.
