Travel, work-life balance is solid, pay is okay, and overall decent company culture.
Cons
Not fulfilling work, lots of tedious "grunt" work, but I guess that's to be expected. Downstream communication from management is poor at best. The "training" received is only so-so.

Great benefits, good salaries, great company atmosphere, weekends off and paid vacation time. Great support and positive mentors, with lots of upward mobility for dedicated employees.
Cons
Need to master time management, can be hectic, unique company vocabulary and procedures can mean a lot of learning for beginners.
