      Been with unifirst for 32 years and they have always taken great care of me and give me every chance to succeed. I am a classic story of how they promote from within. I started counting soiled linen and have worked my way to a to line manager. I have met everyone from CEO on down and they care how I am

      Pros

      Great company, that really tries to foster a family environment. Sometimes it is hard with a company of this size. But everyone up to the CEO believes they are a family and treats you as such. Great opportunities, they try to promote from within. Start with this company and put your best foot forward they will take care of you. Started part time 18 years ago and have moved up into Corporate Management.

      Cons

      Really the only con is how much of a learning curve it is starting. A lot of long days and frustrating moments. But from top to bottom they are always trying to develop new ways of training to make it easier.
