UniUni is expanding quickly, which creates many chances to learn and grow. The operations team is supportive, and coworkers are always willing to help each other solve problems. I’ve gained a lot of hands-on experience with logistics, routing, and day-to-day operations that I couldn’t get in a traditional corporate environment. Management is approachable and open to suggestions. They actually listen when employees bring up ideas or feedback. Work environment is energetic and team-oriented — everyone is focused on improving processes and delivering better service. Schedules are reasonable, and the company provides clear expectations so you know what needs to be done.
Cons
Because the company is growing fast, processes can change quickly — but it’s also part of the learning experience. Some systems could be more automated, and the company is already working on improvements.
