Chinese culture company, low salary

Low pay, $2 and under per package. No structure from management. No positive feedback from managers. You don’t get paid if you attempt a stop and the business is close. They want you to waste your gas and try and redeliver it the next day even if you’re off or on a different route. Warehouse Manager plays favoritism with family and friends. You get no gas or mileage reimbursement, so your basically putting wear and tear your car.
