Management is completely incompetent and lacks any sense of accountability. Employee concerns are ignored, conflicts are passed around instead of being addressed, and no one in leadership is willing to take ownership of problems. Asking questions is often a waste of time because management either pretends not to hear you or simply refuses to respond. The company talks about teamwork, but leadership sets the exact opposite example. If you’re looking for a workplace where management actually supports employees, this isn’t it.
