I was left go after 2 weeks as my brother was murdered and needed time off for my family after 2 weeks of work The training was terrible, they even wanted to know why I had to write things down. They would spend 90% of the day speaking in their own language and not try to explain anything in English. Highly unprofessional. Don't work for them if you can avoid it!

We do understand that family takes precedence over work, and while we sincerely sympathize with the situation at hand, we also believe that training for a new position can be overwhelming when dealing with personal issues. We like to do business with the utmost professionalism and do not believe in treating anyone in an unjust manner, but we are human! We thank you for your response. We are an IT Consulting Company and our employees work as off-site consultants for our client and unfortunately in Consulting business, contractors need to abide by the project guidelines. May be a full time position is a better choice for your career growth.

Very Pleased With My Employment at Unica

Pros

I am a current employee of Unica Group, and I have been employed here since the Autumn of 2017. I enjoy the workplace environment and I am pleased with the feeling of unity between myself and my colleagues. I have the opportunity to correspond with other employees and vendors, and the business practices which are in place here are satisfactory. The management is very kind and I am more than happy to be a part of this team!

Cons

I have not experienced any situation which could be considered a 'con' for working for Unica Group. I enjoy my job quite a lot, actually.
