Pros

The GMP is excellent and gave me a really good start in my career.

Cons

They employ some fairly out of date HR policies. Much of the actual call centre was run like a school. White shirt policy, ask if you can use the toilet etc.

Payment weekly , some good colleagues and been able to work alone

Cons

Drove all around the NW uk , told to blarenly lie to customers , unethical , fraud , the final straw was when I was contacted by Radio 4 would I make a comment as they have been investigating this company for numerous years for fraud and miss selling and attempting to float on the stock market later this year .
