Pros
If there was one positive thing to say is that they do pay for hours worked, but thats about it.
Cons
management cares about sales not about your development, 1on1 coaching virtually non existant, same leads are being called on the same day by different unicom agents, very questionable sales ethics, do not care about existing customers at all. Asked to come in 30 mins early without pay every morning "for training purposes" if silly games count as training then you are in for a treat.
