huge micro-management, no work/life balance, lots of travel with low mileage reimbursement, lots of promises by mgmt with no delivery, unappreciated hard work, techs are salaried with lots of expected non-comped overtime, literally every minute of your day must be accounted for in the ticketing system
If you are looking to gain real experience, look somewhere else. The leaders in this company are not willing to share experience for fear of losing their hold on their position.
