Great company and ton of room to grow personally

Pros

Company is behind you and wants to see you succeed. Great management. Market is wide open for sales. Promotions within 6 months. 4 beer taps, ton of games, coffee, soda, pizza and wings provided weekly.

Cons

Only con is typical sales negatives. Stress, pressure, and numbers to be met. If your not motivated by rejections or pressure than working here is not for you.

Smart enthusiastic team, collaborative office & a great product!

Pros

Smart, creative team that really enjoys what they do. An open dialogue and transparency of the business are encouraged between upper management and all employees. CEO knows every employee by name. Unlimited vacation days, lots food always in the office & beer on tap.

Cons

Location of the office could be better but not a deal breaker.

-Management that is behind you and wants to see you successful -Opinion is valued by management -Chance to travel and receive face-to-face selling experience -Fast growing company with unlimited opportunities -Friendly environment - with fast growth comes stress and the company does a good job at keeping it fun -Market that isn't saturated -Product that sells -Great place to accelerate your career

Cons

-If there wasn't a 20 word minimum I'd leave this blank. Only con would be location with a far drive, but it's a small price to pay for the opportunity
