The benefits are horrible we are at the bottom of the list no matter how many years you've been with the company This company doesn't care about the well being or mental health of their employees The work environment is very hostile and toxic, the bullying is out of control and yes people report it to HR and NOTHING is ever done about it. Training is a complete joke, they only push you to train just to get it done not to actually learn anything

poor management at the actual airport location, zero communication, zero flexibility, little to no training, no resources/tools needed for the position.
