Great People, Great Ownership, and Great Opportunities. Major investments previously made into the facility to improve the daily workspace and continuing to invest and improve. I've invested myself into the company and the company has invested back into me.

Cons

I have no Cons about my employment.

To learn about the industry and grow within the company. Right now, the communications industry is growing and there's lots of business.

Cons

It's a relatively small business. Sometimes people don't like working for small businesses.

Pros

The Houston team has been extremely welcoming. Office was recently renovated, so things are nice and new- with perks like social hours and the in-house gym.

Cons

General growing pains, some departments were short staffed when I signed on- but recruitment is up and that stress has subsided.

After year long renovation period we are thrilled to settle into our new Tech Center! Thank you for your feedback regarding staffing. Getting the best candidates on board takes time, though we're now in a good position and are continuing to recruit quality talent. We are listening... feel free to talk to Leadership about any concerns you may have.
