Pros

No pros since this company is not really good.

Cons

Pretty much everything. Management can be pretty and I've caught multiple managers red handed lying to my face to try and blame me for various things, or to make an excuse for why they won't do their job. Don't bother giving managers feedback or criticism of behavior or anything about the company - they'll pretent to care then do nothing. This job is genuinely so stressful that my therapist and doctor were recently able to confirm that the stress from this job has beed deeply worsening my medical issues.

Lack of Direction Created A Sense of Frustration and Demotivation Among the Workforce

Pros

The salary received from the company was reasonable. It was sufficient to cover my living expenses ,and keep me at a respectable standard of living.

Cons

While Unified Communications had the potential to revolutionize the industry with its innovative solutions, the CEO's lack of strategic vision and clear direction led to alarming state of disarray. The company seemed to meander aimlessly, lacking of cohesive plan that could have propelled it forward. Decisions were made haphazardly, often disregarding valuable input from the talented employees. This lack of direction created a sense of frustration and demotivation among the workforce, ultimately hindering productivity and stifling innovation.

While we appreciate all feedback and take it to heart, this reviewer very likely never worked at UnifiedCommunications,com. 1. We have not lost any web team staff in recent history 2. We have an extremely clear strategy with decisions being made by a 25-person leadership team, a COO, VPs, Directors, etc. 3. We have a strong system for prioritizing feedback from all team members because some of the best ideas come from customer-facing and admin team members. We are dependent on our employees and teams to continuously improve, and central leadership.

Pros

This company has wonderful people – it feels like a big, smart family. It’s a great feeling to come in each day looking forward to seeing my coworkers. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow, and to make a difference. Facility was recently remodeled and looks great – large café, gym, light and bright workspaces, huddle rooms, and expanded parking. CEO is a quirky genius type who cares about the employees and is involved in all aspects of the growth and development of the company. Overall, unique and vibrant culture – I can’t imagine working anywhere else.
