Pros
Company offers a relatively good pay. Office is in the old town with free parking.
Cons
Some managers are quite terrible at what they do. They don't really have a vision and often change their opinion about company's products and the whole direction. Also technical competence is quite low. Only a few good developer in the whole company. Project code is old with lots of bugs and bad practices. And even then you just can't get permission to clean it up.
