Pros
- caring and smart employees - good work/life balance - lots of unstructured time to experiment with new technology
Cons
- false and dishonest mgmt (vastly overstated how much of a product they had working during the interview) - claim to value diversity and inclusion, but the actual composition of the team begs to differ - no customers - not much room for mentorship and growth - salaries for same level were all over the place - many smart people leaving by the time you get there -
