A good place to get your bearings. Meet a ton of people. Travel if it is necessary. Great benefits. Always learning something new.

Cons

Need to jump around to get compensated, need to push for growth. Large corporate structure. Curved performance evaluations.

Pros

I have total autonomy in how and when I get my job done, as long as it is done. I am surrounded by people I really respect and I have lots of opportunities to develop and move into areas of interest to me. They really 'walk the walk' when it comes to agile working - I'm not a parent but I see many parents I know at work being given the opportunity to make work fit to them no matter how senior or junior they are.

Cons

It can be a bit chaotic but that's all huge companies I have ever worked for! WLB can be a problem but I'm in a senior role and a self admitted workaholic so that doesn't help.
