Lots of overtime, great benefits, lots of learning potential.

Cons

Don't expect to actually use any of the holidays you were promised. Expect to work extra days every time someone calls out, leaves early to go fishing, And especially if management forgets to pay the bills or order raw materials, You will have to work extra hours to make up for their failures because orders need to be completed. While management stays at home and enjoys their holidays and weekends barbecuing, drinking, grilling and fishing.
