Pros

Great opportunity to work on leading global brands, and to work with some of the best people in the business.

Cons

HUGE company, very globally run. Sometimes it feels like it is a European company that operates in the US. The focus is always on global solutions, sometimes at the expense of necessary regional adaptations.

It is quite bureacratic and slow as a place to work. Hierarchical and paternalistic culture. Does not feel like people are empowered to get things done.
