Pros

Unilever is a company that is passionate about its products, its consumers, and its people. The level of responsibility one is entrusted with when starting at the company is quite impressive, and the learning experience through Unilever's rotational structure can't be beat.

Cons

As an incoming assistant or associate without your MBA, Unilever's compensation package isn't anything to brag about. If financial compensation is one of your most important factors when considering a company, make sure you have your MBA.

Pros

Great brands, great people, casual environment. Innovative approach to marketing. Good opportunities for career advancement within the marketing organization. Good training programs at all levels.

Cons

Can we a lot of process, and a lot of debate without action. Given the company structure, there are often a lot of cooks in the kitchen. Pay is less than at comparable places.
