Pros

Good work/life balance Good degree to accessibility to senior management Good open culture A fair degree of recognition Friday of every week is a half day

Cons

Very big organization, could be lost if you're a person who is not proactive and outspoken. Not too much room for growth if you're not willing to move to the States.
