      Pros

      Unilever is very competitive and they make good products. Their aim is to be number one in every product category they compete in. This means they are at the cutting edge and are continuingly advancing the "State of the Art". There are many Unilever locations throughout the US and abroad. I work with a very diverse group of individual and have spent a lot of time over seas on both business trips and on secondaments. However, there are fewer locations now than a couple years ago and the numbers of opportunities for secomdements is going down. Along with the closings, there have been quite a few lay-offs.

      It is very big and it is easy to get lost

      Unilever is a wonderful company who rewards good work ethics. They consistently reward their high performers for a job well done

      Pros

      I think that they are very diverse in their approch to the business envrionment and the business. Benefits package includes Domestic Partnership benefits. Big plus. Work life balance is important and they walk the talk.

      Cons

      Middle management is basicly non-exsistant, so moving up at times can be difficult.
