Pros

Spent over 40 years there of layoffs, changing shifts hours, down sizing and departments being shut down and shipped off to foreign countries. That's a pro about Me, not the company.

Cons

Force You into early retirement before you get close to 65. Then try to offer you your job back after 90 days. If you accept then your considered a new hire and all your befits get reset and you lose all your hard earned pension.

Pros

Easy job Good pay Clean facility

Cons

50 people in management none of which know how to do anything on the floor but will continuously tell you how to do your job. Will promote you to maintenance if you are a good operator although you don't know how to wrench on anything. To get to management just weasel your way into the cliches. Coworkers spend half the shift on their phone or in the office talking.
