So much responsibility at quite junior levels, which is exciting! A wonderful training ground for a marketer and aspiring general manager.

Flexible hours which are great if you have family responsibilities. Leadership is very understanding and personable. There are a lot of opportunities for growth if you put in the time.

Cons

Pay and year end compensation could be a little more competitive.
