Pros

Agile working, great people, care about the environment, challenging projects and opportunities

Cons

Constant change sometimes 2-3 reorgs per year, massive move recently to outsource many US-based global roles to low-cost countries

Pros

Great people...solid company with amazing social/environmental missions across the world.

Cons

Don't expect to be promoted. It is very challenging for someone who wants to climb. You can do anything there and it is supported, but you will very rarely see someone move to a higher position.
