Pros

Good company overall easy job Pay gets way better you just have to be something other than a teller

Cons

Managers only care for there own bonus The pay outs or bonus they give to the tellers who actually get the bonus for management are on the ratio of 12:1 so if my bonus is 85.00 my boss's was 1,200.00 when I'm making the referrals. and quarterly bonus was even worse.

Pros

Offer decent benefits for part-time employees. The company is growing so there might be some career advancement or that is at least what they try to make you believe.

Cons

Just as any bank is, Union Bank is extremely retail driven and there are unfair expectations on pushing its inferior banking products. Within the last couple of years senior management has pushed for excessive micromanaging of lower level employees which has a made it a less than desirable place for employees to work in the branch offices.
