Pros

if you are laid back with not much ambition, then union bank is the safety net you're looking for. moderate sales pressure

Cons

turnover is low because the bank has an abundance of folks looking to retire with the bank, which means if you're young and ambitious, this is not the place for you because opportunities are limited.

Great place to work, but stressful.

Pros

Union bank has great benefits and great incentive pay even if you're just a teller. My branch was also relatively flexible with my work schedule, and they provide great training and lots of opportunities to move up.

Cons

It's a stressful work environment, especially if you are just looking for something part-time while in school. There are a lot of unrealistic goals, and you have to deal with a lot of irate customers.
