      The bank focuses on employee develpment and career growth oppertunities. The bank has an extensive corporate training and developement group. Great corporate culture with having very loyal employees.

      The bank is starting to expand quickly and may lose touch with the community banking niche that made the bank successful.

      It is a large corporate environment that has a lot of employees that are very loyal and think very highly of the Bank.

      It is like any other corporate environment where friends of upper management members get rewarded sometimes undeserving.
