1. Pension plan 2. Lots of room for improvement in practices for those willing to slog through the bureaucracy 3. Decent compensation 4. Most employees are pleasant enough; not a lot of jerks

Cons

1. Lots of long-term employees with mediocre talent; people need to be fired or whipped into shape 2. Extremely bureaucratic 3. Poor coordination between departments

The leadership here is terrible and has constantly made the job that was supposed to be easy harder. They have no clue what they are doing and aren’t willing to hear anyone else out for it. Constantly pulling people from teams because they dont know their own processes.

Don’t work here unless you want to fix everything they broke
