Pros

My ONLY good experience is my direct manager and a few other people.

Cons

Terrible technology and processes. What you accomplish for a client in 10 minutes at a bigger bank takes over two weeks here. People don't answer your email when you need them. The technology makes it very difficult for clients to have a pleasant experience when faced with a challenge. They provided some virtual training after 7 months of being employed. They literally don't give you any training when you start (I'm referring to private banking. Not sure about other departments). People are not held accountable. I literally feel bad to onboard new clients. Most employees don't even bank with UB because they know how bad it is.
