Cons

Even with a strong background In Sales, you have to work hard to get paid very little Commission, other banks pay a lot more.

Pros

Good pension plan. Benefits are on par with peer banks. Peers are a pleasure to work with. Female managers

Cons

They make you take vacation days if you want to volunteer (manager's decision). Some managers are simply "incompetent", making for low morale. Sr management are either too scared or too proud to do anything about it. Interested mainly in marketing to borrowers with very high loan amounts, needs more effort in funding products to meet the needs of all the communities they serve, especially CRA products.
