      Good salaries, downtown SF location

      Cons

      Too much of a traditional banking structure. Not adapting to advances in technology, not competing with other Bay Area companies with respect to culture/work life balance/benefits, recent cost saving initiatives have led to layoffs, complete halts to business travel, etc.
