Lots of support and opportunities to work.

Cons

A personal con is that they don't offer online courses to teach as this would best fit my schedule as an adjunct, but besides this, I love working here.

A nice atmosphere to work in. Positive mission within a community that needs educational opportunity. Benefits are decent.

Cons

It can be a bit top-down oriented, when it comes to decision making. Many students struggle and don't graduate/transfer.
