Not my favorite job.

Pros

Good paying job, I was a float nurse and gained a lot of experience, good orientation.

Cons

Some of the nursing staff were really rude and unhelpful (not all, a small handful of my co-workers were great), inconsistent scheduling, floor managers were not always very friendly to the float nurses.

It is a place I am compensated very well doing something I love doing. People in management and administration are my friends and my bosses also.

Cons

I think being a medical facility it should offer medical care at more of a reasonable cost to employees and even offer care to retired employees like some companies do.
