Poor benefits. Little opportunity for upward mobility among healthcare professional staff unless you've been an employee >25 years. Take away employee benefits or withhold/ delay raises when the budget is lean, which seems to be frequent. Mandatory call or OT. Outsourcing of jobs. Nurses, therapists treated like a commodity to be exploited. Virtually nothing in the way of perks.

Some of the nursing staff were really rude and unhelpful (not all, a small handful of my co-workers were great), inconsistent scheduling, floor managers were not always very friendly to the float nurses.
