CEO regularly swears at employees on company wide calls. No raises are EVER given even when your performance review every 6 months says you exceed expectations. They will promote you and not offer additional pay, then you have to fight for a pathetic raise of 2% with your promotion. Medical coverage is over priced and covers nothing. While on a strict no overtime policy, they guilt/force you into working the week of a paid holiday so it is straight time. They also have decided to force everyone back into the office even if your were hired as a remote worker.

Pay and benefits are extremely poor; better wages could be earned at your local fast food restaurant. CEO forces people to work out of the office, when there is no reason to go into the office and everyone is capable to work from home. When the lay offs happened, a huge amount of work was thrown onto people’s plates, but no help/compensation for the people who didn’t get laid off. When you are in the interview process, you have to take a long personality type assessment. That assessment basically controls your employment and dictates what types of promotion you could and couldn’t do. If you don’t excel in a certain field, such as in a management quality, they will never promote you to a leadership role, and that’s decided before you even start with the company. Extremely unfair to employees. Worst off all, CEO and upper management CLEARLY favors sales more than any other department. CEO cancelled the annual employee celebration to cut the budget and understandably save money, but then throws extravagant events for his own birthday party and for just the sales people. For example during my tenure, the celebration for all employees were cancelled, but select Loan Officers (and possibly their spouse for one trip) were sent to a weekend in Nashville and Atlanta. Such a bad look and this clearly shows favoritism by the CEO, especially since in 2022, 300+ people were laid off by him, including entire processing departments.
