Pros

Starting wages are very good.

Cons

You are at their disposable and they will work you till they are done with you. After being there almost 5 years they decided to cut 200 jobs and the lowest seniority guys got sent home. After being forloughed for 5 months I finally got to go back only to be sent home again. The company only cares to make record setting profits.
