Pros

Enjoyed the challenge of the job and pay was good. Benefits were decent.

Cons

Company treats its employees like garbage. Very stressful. Work around the clock and weekends/holidsys, so not a good work life balance. Upper management is so disconnected from what is really going on and the challenges of the job. Always worrying if you will have a job tomorrow. They eliminated many levels of management so there is no opportunity for advancement.

Not A Good Job

Pros

The pay and the Benefits are good.

Cons

There is constant fires that are needing to be put out. The moral and the culture at this company are hard to be apart of and there are several issues that come with the work. If you are someone that is young and is trying to start a family or put down roots this is not the company for you. Also, the constant fear that you are going to loose your job is ever present.
