Pros

None. Is all about getting rail cars moving

Cons

As a young guy don't get trapped. Pay looks juicy on the outside but on the inside is not worth it. They want you to be super perfect as a new hire but not really to accept the mistakes you make to learn. Is a hire and fire kind of job. Bonuses given out is literally worked for.

Ethical issues with leadership

Pros

Retirement is better than social security.

Cons

Leadership falsifies the reporting to make it appear things are good when they are not. Covers up or hides injuries. FSI is a false number and in reality is much higher as the management does not report or encourages employees not to report or statuses employees as not to reflect as an injury.
