Pros

Good pay and some good people to work with

Cons

Management is out of control. They continue to cut everything to the bone and can't figure out why safety is suffering

Pros

None. Used to be great job, before Blackrock and Vanguard bought controlling shares.

Cons

Benefits suck, hours are horrible, management is aggressive and condescending, no days off, zero opportunity to be treated with respect, 20 minutes lunch in a 12 hour shift.

Pros

The check has yet to bounce. When I was hired on it was for considerably more than I made for a similar role; however, I work considerably more hours, on call 24/7 and vastly more responsibilities. Also, the pay has not kept pace. If I were to be hired off the street, I could make just under my current salary.

Cons

Vena will gut this place and leave those who remain with more work than they can handle. Bringing him back was terrible for the employee but probably good for the stock price. Guess I'm glad I own some.
