Pros

Pay, Pay, Pay, Pay, Pay

Cons

Does not listen to employees in the field. Health, benefits, etc. gradually get worse over the years. Attendance policy is the worst ever! No paid sick days. Does not match 401K. No respect for time off for anything.

Pros

Pay is above average for a entry level position. Unforgettable brotherhood forged with coworkers.

Cons

Massive disconnect between agreement and non-agreement employees. Morale with all employees including low level management is extremely low, and everyone lives in a state of fear not knowing if they will have a job the next day. Company is actively trying to automate as many jobs as technologically possible. Senior management is ONLY focused on the shareholder not the employee. You are only a number. Meaning your ideas, passion, and performance mean nothing.
