Poor managment, decent benefits

Pros

Got a lot of valuable experience and mentorship, worked with a great team, decent benefits notably a very good 401k match

Cons

Management puts arbitrary pressure on developers to constantly go full speed. High stress levels and poor work-life balance. They don't listen when people try to explain the risks of their management strategy (or maybe don't care. They may be trying to reduce headcount by driving people out). Benefits are slowly getting worse. Difficult to be promoted past a certain level. 5% of your paycheck goes to the RRB. You will never see that money unless you stay for at least 60 months
