Pros

The paychecks are good that is it.

Cons

There is no such thing as work life balance. You will need to check your pay stubs for accuracy everytime to keep them honest. They do not exercise integrity in their business regarding employees. Management tactics are bullying, threats, and temper tantrums. Safety is number one as long as they have an accident in the news headline.

Severe Misalignment

Pros

Pay is decent especially when managers start going with their own ‘special’ thought process. Just sit back, open your pockets and smile.

Cons

Company continues to show it has no social responsibility. Fritz and his team are collecting millions and millions while they continue to cut other people’s job and have no concern over existing agreements.
