Pros

Benefits and great Pay and possible great career

Cons

They don't care about the employees! Poor Management with bad judgement. Even the Union participate on this game. They let you alone!

Pros

They do have a pension - unless they decide to get rid of it - which I heard they are considering.

Cons

After almost 12 yrs with no bad reviews - I was laid off with no warning. Now I hear they are struggling because all these people laid off, had no transition of their jobs. So the people left behind have no idea how to do the jobs that STILL need to be done.

Pros

Great benefits, great opportunity to travel the country and see places not many have been

Cons

Management has zero work life balance. Minimal pay for the amount of hours expected to put in. Discipline "coaching" is expected and required that focusing primarily on negative and rarely positive behavior. Minimal positive feedback from upper management especially when asking and reaching out for help. More focused on production, budget, and numbers rather than safety of employees.
