Pros

Retirement is good and that's it.

Cons

The upper management does not care what so ever about how hard everyone works! I have worked 36 hours straight as well as 24 hours trying to keep things running. After all the hard work top VP's said us managers weren't working hard enough and started point out flaws in everyone's work. It is a tough pill to swallow when people like me have given all we can! It is easy to sit in an office and pick apart someone's day when you have know idea of all we go through on a day to day basis!

Pros

The job has great Pay. You are constantly getting raises and bonuses. I have been working there for three years and 23,000 more than what I started at.

Cons

The schedule can be very bad depending on where you assigned. It all depends on how many managers you having working at your location. Each place requires 24 hour coverage. so if you work at a place that only has 3 managers you can do the math on what the schedule will look like. Gets even worse when one person takes a vacation. You work at all kinds of crazy hours and each day is a 12 hour shift. They pay you well, but you will definitely earn every penny of it

Pros

Good benefit and retirement package, if you make it that long. Good pay in most departments.

Cons

Ridiculous rules at headquarters. No walking and talking on phone. No even looking at your phone while walking. No walking with hands in your pockets. Must hold onto handrail while on an escalator or while ascending or descending stairs. Must obey all crosswalk signs while walking to and from work including no crossing in the middle of the street. Must keep all drawers in desk pushed in. Management by intimidation. Feeling of walking on eggshells everyday. If you are laughing at work, you are having too much fun for being at work.
