Pros

None. Stay away. Run. Get a transferable skill.

Cons

Skills you learn are not reelevate outside of railroad. Once you been here a while you are stuck. It just seems to get worse and worse. Save your money and quite early, don't try to make 30 years.

Pros

There are no pros. You’re just stuck because you’ve put into railroad retirement.

Cons

Everything. They treat you like disposable garbage. Loyalty is not rewarded. If you want to be a temporary worker for life this is your place. All they care about are their bonuses and could care less about you.
